Coach JeremySherman

Coach Sherman graduated from Katella High School in 1989 where he played football, baseball, and basketball.  After graduating from Katella, Coach went on to play baseball for Rancho Santiago Community College under legendary coach, Don Sneddon.  Coach earned a full ride scholarship to continue his baseball career at University California Santa Barbara.  After coach finished playing, he returned to Katella High School to start his coaching career as both a football and baseball coach.  This is when he realized that he wanted to be a teacher and coach for his career.  After coaching at Katella for 3 seasons and finishing his degree, he landed a teaching job at Magnolia High school where he coached football and baseball.

After taking some time off from coaching high school to coach his son’s travel baseball team, he landed a teaching job at El Toro High School where he has spent time coaching freshman, jv, and varsity football along with freshman and jv baseball.  Coach Sherman absolutely loves working with and teaching the young men everything there is to know about both football and baseball.  Coach Sherman believes in coaching with positivity and holding the athletes accountable.
